Peeler and Colton Also Hired to Expand R&D Department
MetaShield, LLC, a pioneer in advanced materials today announced Neil Holland as Manager of Research and Development, taking over for Glenn Mesa, who has accepted the role of Director of Product Development.
MetaShield, which is experiencing an exciting period of rapid growth, also announced Richard Peeler as the Senior Manufacturing Engineer and James Colton as Senior Chemist.
Holland will be responsible for strategic planning and implementation of policies to bring further success of the already revolutionary line of products. He will focus directly on the research team’s already unprecedented success and additionally lead his department to new challenges based on growing market demand.
Holland, who held an advisor position as Business and Technology Development for the Defense and Aerospace market, has 40 plus years of experience with the United States Military and has shown great attention to detail, discipline for structural procedure and protocol, and an intense interest in cultivating the team to even greater success.
Holland has great key insights of business practices from his years consulting and managing his own business; Holland offered a statement about his new role, “I am excited to join the innovators at MetaShield, and expect great success in our immediate future.”
